- Potato300 g
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks. Rinse in water, drain and dry well with a paper towel.
- Preheat the deep fryer for 5 minutes at 180ºC
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the oil well. Transfer to the Air Fryer basket.
- Fry for 25 minutes at 200°C. Halfway through, open and shake the potatoes in the basket so they all cook evenly.
- Remove from the fryer, season with salt and serve immediately. HUMMMM DELICIOUS 👩🍳
