- Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese100 g
- Bacon to taste
- Butter/Margarine1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chop small pieces of bancon, fry without adding oil (it will fry in its own fat), and set aside.
- Cut the 4 potatoes into cubes. Place in a pan and cover with water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
- When it boils, count 4 minutes and turn off the heat. Drain all the water from the potatoes well.
- In a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, wait for it to heat up well and throw all the potatoes.
- Let it brown well on each side (important to stay for about 5 minutes without stirring), then stir carefully and fry the other sides.
- When it is well browned, add slices of cheese on top (your preference), and the bacon, which was reserved.
- Cover and wait for the cheese to melt and it's ready to serve.
