- Thinly sliced zucchini1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
- Oregano1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan1/2 cup
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- Mix all ingredients (except Parmesan). And sprinkle over the zucchini slices. Mix well.
- Coat each slice of zucchini in Parmesan and place on a greased or buttered baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
