- Fry the bacon in a drizzle of oil until crispy. Add the onion and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and mix well. Sprinkle the eggs on top, without stirring. When they are well cooked, mix carefully to leave large pieces. Add the flour and the necessary seasonings (salt and pepper) and let it fry for about 4 minutes, always stirring. Finally, add carrots, tomato, parsley and chives. Leave on the fire for 2 minutes and turn off
