- TYPE A Whole Milk (which is in the supermarket fridge)1 l
- Apple Cider Vinegar20 ml
- Lemon juice10 ml
- Fresh cream75 ml
- Butter25 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Put the milk in a pan to heat. Bring the milk to a boil, remove from the heat and add the lemon and vinegar. Stir well and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. Pass through a sieve to separate the whey from the dough. Put the dough in the blender along with the other ingredients. Beat well on high power until smooth and shiny (about 4 minutes). Place in a glass jar or glass and refrigerate until firm. Amazing!
