- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- In a mini bowl place the sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Separate half of this mixture forming a bed underneath
- Separate the yolk from the white
- Place the yolk over the mixture layer and cover with the rest.
- Put in the fridge for 2 hours
- Enjoy the flavor of the yolk, I recommend a steak tartare accompaniment.
