Primeiro corte o fígado a bisteca e calabresa 

frite o fígado  separe frite a bisteca bastante, por último frite  a calabresa reserve, depois  acrescente em uma panela cebola o pimentão coentro sal, coloque o fígado a bisteca e a calabresa e misture para pegar tempero, após isso está pronto.
