- Ground beef600 g
- Finely Chopped Bacon1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Dry red wine1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce6 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- In a heated pan, fry the bacon well until it releases the fat.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the ground beef and stir to loosen well and cook.
- When the meat starts to stick to the bottom of the pan, add the wine, salt and pepper and mix.
- Keep stirring for another 5 minutes and add the tomato sauce.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
- Add hot water if it thickens too much.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
