- Cut the eggplants like a fan, place them in cold salted water to rest for 20 minutes to remove the bitterness from the eggplants.
- Dry them and spread them with olive oil, garlic and dill, which we prepare by placing chopped dill in a bowl, crush the garlic and add 50 ml of olive oil. Mix well and spread the eggplants generously.
- Between the eggplant slices place ham, cheese and a circle of tomatoes.
- Put them in a pan in a vegetable sauce, which we prepare by frying carrots, chives, green garlic and peppers, finely chopped. Add 3 grated tomatoes.
- Leave for 5 minutes on low heat. Sprinkle with black pepper and dill and remove from heat. Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
