- Milk300 ml
- Corn starch1 teaspoon
- Creme do Sertão or Nata2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In a pan put the cold milk with the cornstarch and mix well.
- Turn on the fire, mix all the other ingredients and let it boil, always stirring until it's at the point of mingal, ready! TIP: I like to put a spoon of this sauce in the middle of the mini couscous, it gets even better.
