  • Olive oil70 ml
  • Cheese to taste
  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  • paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the eggplants into slices. Soak them in cold salted water for 20 minutes. Then we dry the eggplants. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed garlic with chopped dill and olive oil. Spread the eggplant slices with the prepared mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Then put the grated cheese on each eggplant and form a hole.
  4. We break an egg into each eggplant, sprinkle with salt and paprika. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
