  • Gin50 ml
  • Sicilian lemon30 ml
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Club Soda80 ml
  • Ice5 to taste
  1. Put the ice, gin and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Blend all these cocktail ingredients
  3. Place in a glass or bowl
  4. Top up with club soda
  5. Garnish with a slice of Sicilian lemon
