- Peeled Tomato400 g

- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Vegan Sour Cream200 g
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
- Cachaça100 ml
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Bay leaves3 unit(s)
- Water100 ml
- Smoked paprika to taste
- In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. When golden, add the red pepper and stir briefly. Ideally, the fire should be on a medium flame and not let the pepper burn.
- Add the peeled tomatoes, bay leaves, cachaça, salt and smoked paprika. Let it simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cream and finish with chopped parsley and chives.
