- Dry meat2 kg
- Aipim1 kg
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil2 cup
- Water500 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Put the cassava to cook with a little salt. Cut the jerky into cubes and desalt it.
- In a pan put the oil to heat up, when it's hot, put the cassava to fry. Fry until well browned and crispy.
- And in another pan put the desalted dried meat to fry.
- After everything is fried, transfer to a refractory and finish with the green smell.
