- Parboiled Rice3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt1 dessert spoon
- Hot water6 cup
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic.
- Add the rice and mix well until the grains are well sealed (wrapped in olive oil).
- Add salt, water, bay leaf and mix.
- Cook over high heat with the pan lid half covered until all the water dries up.
- When it's ready, close the lid and keep it on top of the extinguished flame for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer to another container, loosening the grains with the help of a fork.
