- Olive oil50 ml
- The night before, put a box of cream in the freezer, to use it in the fridge the next day.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the olive oil, and beat for 1 and a half minutes.
- Remove the small lid from the blender, and add the oil little by little with the blender on, when you finish, beat for another 1 and a half minutes.
- Put it in a bowl, and take it to the fridge for 30 min and your mayonnaise is ready! To spread on a bun, biscuit, toast, or use for other recipes that go mayonnaise! looks wonderful
