- Peel and cut the beet into cubes. Take it to cook until it softens. Drain the water and reserve
- Grate the carrot and set aside
- Cut the cabbage and set aside
- In a bowl add the beets, carrots and cabbage. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon to taste.
