- Salt to taste
- In a medium pan, add just the oil and heat until it heats up. As soon as the oil starts to heat up, add the chopped garlic and sauté.
- After the garlic is already sautéed, add the rice and fry, always stirring so it doesn't burn.
- After frying the rice, add water to cover, add the salt too and let it cook normally for 10 to 20 minutes.
