- Recipe
- Black beans2 cup
- Roasted Cassava Flour1 cup
- Bacon of ham, chopped into squares1 cup
- Pepperoni sausage4 unit(s)
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced or crushed garlic to taste
- Fresh kale, finely chopped2 cup
- Banana2 unit(s)
- Wheat for breading the banana2 tablespoon
- eggs6 unit(s)
- Green onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the beans only in water, but leave them at an al dente point.
- Cut the sausage and bacon into squares and fry. Then add the onion and garlic. Fry until crispy
- Meanwhile, put 4 eggs to cook
- Add 2 raw eggs to the pan. Sausage and bacon and stir until well fried (you can add a pinch of salt)
- Turn off the heat, add the cabbage, and cover the pan.
- Peel, chop the boiled eggs and set aside.
- Gradually add the beans without the broth in the pan with sausage and the other ingredients. Put a little bit of the bean broth..
- Add the chopped eggs and the flour
- Add the wheat to the bananas chopped into squares and then fry
- Check for salt and add if necessary. Put everything in a refractory and serve! The cat's leap is: Don't put too much bean broth so it doesn't get massive and not too little so it doesn't get dry! The banana passed in the wheat becomes more crunchy.
