  • Vegetable broth01 unit(s)
  • Milk01 cup
  • Eggs02 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  • Margarine02 tablespoon
  • Baking powder01 teaspoon
  1. Cut vegetables into small size for faster cooking! Brown the chopped onion in the margarine and the vegetable broth! Saute vegetables before cooking them! Once cooked, reserve them!
  2. Meanwhile in the blender beat the milk with the eggs and wheat flour! (This will be the dough for the easy vegetable souffle)
  3. Season the dough with black pepper and salt to taste! Add the yeast and mix lightly!
  4. Add this pasta to the cooked and reserved vegetables and mix lightly! Place in a greased pyrex and take it to the hot oven to bake for approximately 40 min!
