- Vegetable broth01 unit(s)
- Milk01 cup
- Eggs02 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Margarine02 tablespoon
- Baking powder01 teaspoon
- Cut vegetables into small size for faster cooking! Brown the chopped onion in the margarine and the vegetable broth! Saute vegetables before cooking them! Once cooked, reserve them!
- Meanwhile in the blender beat the milk with the eggs and wheat flour! (This will be the dough for the easy vegetable souffle)
- Season the dough with black pepper and salt to taste! Add the yeast and mix lightly!
- Add this pasta to the cooked and reserved vegetables and mix lightly! Place in a greased pyrex and take it to the hot oven to bake for approximately 40 min!
