  • Cassava Flour100 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Finely Chopped Cabbage Leaves2 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Diced Bacon100 g
  1. Put the eggs to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and brown the bacon.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook until golden.
  4. Add the kale and as soon as it wilts add the flour. Season with salt and pepper and saute for a few minutes. Put out the fire.
  5. Add the chopped eggs and the green smell. Mix carefully and serve next.
