- Finely Chopped Cabbage Leaves2 unit(s)
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Diced Bacon100 g
- Put the eggs to cook for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan and brown the bacon.
- Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook until golden.
- Add the kale and as soon as it wilts add the flour. Season with salt and pepper and saute for a few minutes. Put out the fire.
- Add the chopped eggs and the green smell. Mix carefully and serve next.
