- Cassava flour3 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Over medium heat, fry the garlic and onion with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add and fry the pepperoni.
- Add the eggs, flour and the other 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and stir for about 2 minutes. If needed, add salt.
- Finally, sprinkle the parsley on top and serve. Bon appetite 💕
