- Chop the bacon and sausage and heat in a large skillet; we will use the same skillet from start to finish without washing; When well golden, set aside, and in the fat add the onion and garlic, sweat the onion until translucent;
- Remove the onion and add half of the butter and add the eggs, reduce the heat to make a scrambled egg without burning (at the same time, place the other half in a pan and bring it to the point of noisete; (see tip of noisete butter) here on my page).
- Add the cooked rice, and when mixing, break the scrambled egg into several pieces, add the onion and garlic, bacon and sausage, frozen peas, olives and parsley, drizzle with the butter, adjust salt and pepper, and finally add the straw potato
- Serve immediately with grilled meats!!
