- Green seasoning, black pepper, turmeric, salt to taste
- Butter01 teaspoon
- Cook the eggs, wait to cool, peel, cut in half carefully to keep the yolks intact, set aside.
- Chop the onion into very small pieces, fry in butter, increasing the broth, saffron and cream, mix well, set aside.
- In a wide-bottomed pan, place the egg halves next to each other, add the chopped champignons, pour the cream on top, boil for 2 minutes. When serving, decorate with chopped green spices, it's delicious.
