- 1 tray of ground beef I used1 tablespoon
- 1 sachet of ready-made sauce1 tablespoon
- 1 mozzarella tray8 unit(s)
- I took a pan, put water on top and put the eggplants, let them soften, removed from the heat, drained and let them cool a little.
- I took a few of the eggplants and set them aside.
- Sauté the minced meat with garlic, onion, parsley, salt, chimichuri and spicy paprika to taste.
- I mixed the minced meat with the few reserved ones, mixed well and stuffed the eggplants.
- I put them one by one in a refractory, I arranged them correctly. I put the sauce ready and the mozzarella on top.
- I took it to the preheated oven until the mozzarella melted and removed from the oven.
