- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Dark Mustard1 dessert spoon

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash the eggplant and cut the ends.
- Place on a plate, and microwave for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
- Then, cut it lengthwise, and remove the pulp, with the help of a spoon.
- Put the cooked eggplant pulp with the other ingredients of the recipe in the processor, and beat until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- You can use the blender too! Drizzle with more oil and serve chilled.
