Em uma forma acrescente a massa de tomate fazendo um molho

Coloque a cebola, o tomate e o pimentão por cima da massa de tomate, os temperos e sal à gosto 

Place the onion, tomato and pepper on top of the tomato paste, seasonings and salt to taste

Acrescente o queijo sobre o ovo que esta na forma 

Add the cheese over the egg that is in the mold.

Leve ao forno até que fique em ponto de ovo frito, sirva ainda quente acompanhado de arroz branco.

Take it to the oven until it gets to the point of fried egg, serve while still hot accompanied by white rice.
