- Butter2 coffee spoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Season to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Fry ham in vegetable fat or optional butter.
- Then break the eggs on top of the ham gradually add sazon, pepper and a little onion if you like.
- Leave for a few minutes on low heat and remove and place on a plate and sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
