- Black beans1/2 kg
- Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Sliced Bacon1 cup
- Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In the pressure cooker, fry the bacon and pepperoni.
- Add the beans, stir and cover with water.
- Put to cook for 40 minutes after you get pressure.
- Let the pressure release on its own.
- For the seasoning, in a pan, place the minced garlic, salt and sauté.
- Take a bean shell and put it in this seasoning.
- Stir well and add the rest of the beans.
- Serve next!!!
- This recipe is easy and delicious!
- Eat with cabbage and white rice, vinaigrette and pork rinds.
- Tip: If you forget to soak the beans, just put boiling water in the beans and let them soak for half an hour, it works great!
