- Water2 cup
- In a bowl, mix the couscous flour, salt, sugar and water little by little.
- After mixing, let it rest.
- Chop the pepperoni, the bacon, the sertão meat, the onion and take it to fry.
- In the couscous pan, place the pasta to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the pasta is fluffy.
- Add the frittata with the couscous and add the cheese, ham and cilantro.
- Now just serve.
