- We started with the jerky. Leave to soak for at least 1 hour and then cut them into pieces of about 5 cm and put under pressure for 40 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally and take the meat to cold water, then remove the excess fat and shred it with the help of a fork or your hands.
- Now for the farofa, heat the butter and sauté the onion with the girl's finger pepper and the coloral, then add the shredded meat and stir until incorporated. Add the flour little by little and finish with the cilantro and adjusting the seasonings.
