- Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Calabrian sausage100 g
- Green smell to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a pan melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the bacon and pepperoni and let it fry well.
- Gradually add the flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper
- If you want a more humid farofa, drip a little water and stir.
- Add the chopped eggs and green smell and mix carefully.
