- Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped Bacon1 tablespoon
- Fine cassava flour3/4 cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped green onion to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- In a pan heat the oil together with the butter and lightly fry the onion.
- Add bacon and fry well. Add the garlic and paprika and sauté quickly.
- Add the chives and beans, season with salt and pepper and mix, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the flour and stir over low heat until the flour is toasted. Adjust the salt.
- Transfer to another container and let cool completely before serving.
