- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Olive oil50 ml
- Pst (Textured Soy Protein)1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Liquid Smoke1 coffee spoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Corn flour1 cup
- Cook the butter beans in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes. You can use it immediately in the recipe or store it in the fridge for later use.
- For the farofa, start by adding the olive oil, the pts, the salt and the liquid smoke to the pan.
- Take to the fire and leave until the pts are golden and crispy. Stir constantly so as not to burn.
- Then add the cooked butter beans and the pout pepper. If the manteiguinha beans are cold, mix them with the beans and bring to the boil until heated through.
- Finally, just add the corn flour.
- The recipe is now ready and can be served. A very quick, tasty and practical recipe.
