- Pepperoni Sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Bacon30 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Corn Flour11/2 cup
- Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and Bahia Seasoning to taste
- Green Smell40 g
- Cut the coalho cheese, bacon, pepperoni sausage and onion into medium cubes. The garlic crush. Reserve.
- In a pan, put the olive oil and brown the pepperoni sausage and bacon. Then add the rennet cheese to brown it too and finally to brown the garlic and onion.
- Mix well, add the corn flour and add the salt and spices and mix well. Add the green smell and mix well. And serve.
