- Pick the fava beans and leave to soak overnight, the next day drain the water, place in a pan with water and boil for 15 minutes, then drain and reserve.
- Cut the sausage, take the beef tripe, cut into slices, clean them, wash them with lemon, after this process, place them in the pressure cooker with a tablespoon of oil, add the paprika, the chopped onion and the crushed garlic, salt to taste, let it sauté, put the fava that you reserved, and sauté a little more, then put 500 ml of water, cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 15 minutes. and just tasting is delicious.
