- Preparation mode In a pressure cooker, cook the beans for 15 minutes. Fry the tongue and bacon for 3 minutes until golden. After the beans are cooked, remove the pressure and add the sausage and bacon. Fry the garlic, onion and bay leaf in a separate skillet and add inside the beans. Let it cook again for another 15 minutes and then remove the pressure and let the broth thicken. Finish with green smell and chives.
