- Bay leaves2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cachaça2 tablespoon
- Place the meats in water overnight to desalt.
- Place the pork jerky, ear, foot and tail in the pressure cooker and season the paio with black pepper.
