- Start the process of removing the salt from the meats 12 hours before, put them in water to soak, changing the same every 4 hours
- After the salt removal process, in a pressure cooker, cook the black beans and reserve without broth.
- Quickly boil all the meats and set aside.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and the sausages into slices
- Put the cooked beans in the pan and cover with boiling water, add the bay leaves, the meats and cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
- After that, in a large pan, place the bacon, and sauté the onion, garlic and sausages, add the cooked beans and the meats.
- Cook everything on low heat for 20 minutes, until the feijoada broth is well incorporated, finish with chives and it's ready.
