- Water1 l
- Add the dried meat to remove the salt, wash four times. Letting soak for 20 min each time. Ideal to leave from 1 day to the next
- Place the oil and a peeled and crushed garlic clove in a pressure cooker.
- Add the beans and dried meat and salt
- Add the water and cover the pan, as soon as it reaches pressure, leave for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
- In a frying pan, fry the bacon, pepperoni and sausage.
- After the full pressure is released from the pan, mix all the ingredients and return to the heat.
- When the cooker comes to pressure, leave it for another 10 minutes
- Let the pressure release naturally and then just serve.
