- Dried meat500 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Desalt the dried meat and set aside, scald the pork meat and set aside, soak the beans for at least 2 hours.
- Sauté all the meats, add the beans and cover with water up to 2 fingers above the beans. Put it under pressure for about 45 minutes or until everything cooks.
- In another pan, sauté garlic and onion in lard until golden and then add the cooked beans with the meats and the bay leaf.
- Wait for it to boil and thicken the broth to your liking. Hit the salt and it's ready to eat.
