- Sliced ham300 g
- Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste

- In a pressure cooker, put the olive oil and take it to the high fire to warm up. Add the ham to the sausage, and fry for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Add the beans, Seasoning and 1.5 L of water, and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook, after boiling, for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, open the lid, separate a cup from the beans and mash with the help of a spoon.
- Add the remaining water and place the mashed beans in the pan again. Let it cook for another 15 minutes, with the pan uncovered.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately with white rice, cabbage and farofa.
