- Black beans1 kg
- Salt to taste

- Pepper to taste

- Soak the meats for 36 hours or more, changing the water several times a day, this will reduce the salt in the meat.
- First we are going to cook the toughest meats, after adding the softest ones. When it's cooked, remove it and let's cook the beans.
- To cook the beans add the bay leaves. When it is already cooked, let's season it.
- Fry the onion and garlic and add the spices. Mix in the beans and bring to a boil. Now let's add the meats again and let it boil a few more minutes until the broth is thick.
- Tip: serve with orange slices, cabbage sautéed in garlic, rice and farofa. Perfect for lunch on cold days ♥️
