- Oat bran1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Onion to taste
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- In a blender add the eggs, oat bran, olive oil, seasonings and a piece of onion and garlic (optional);
- Beat well and add the chemical baking soda and stir your hand.
- In a greased skillet add the pancake dough. For stuffing I used seasoned ground beef.
