- milk of your choice1 cup
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- corn starch or potato starch1/2 cup
- brown rice flour or oat flour1/3 cup
- salt to taste ⠀ ⠀. l
- Blend all the ingredients with a mixer or in a blender.
- In a greased and slightly hot skillet, place a ladle of dough and let it brown on both sides over low heat.
- 📍ASSEMBLY: In a glass refractory, place a layer of homemade red sauce (there is already a recipe here)
- Fill the pancakes with chicken or other filling of your choice and a little cream cheese (optional)
- Place the pancakes in the refractory and cover with another layer of homemade red sauce.
- Finish with mozzarella cheese and a little oregano (optional)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
