- I wet the flocão with water, seasoned with a pinch of salt and put it in the couscous pan for 10 minutes.
- I cooked the black-eyed peas (as the water dried, I added more, until it was cooked through without falling apart) without pressure!
- I cut the olives into slices, cut half a chopped onion and the green smell.
- I mixed everything and added some of the meat broth that was left over from a previous meal I had made.
