- Corn flour1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)

- Pepper to taste
- Fry bacon and pepperoni in the fat they release.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until wilted.
- Add the flour and mix well. Go dripping a little water to moisten the farofa. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add a little water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, add the chopped egg and the green smell and stir carefully.
