- Water2 cup
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add the rice and let it cook
- Add half of the water and add the bay leaf to release a delicious aroma.
- When the water dries off, turn off the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Put the rest of the water and put it to finish cooking on low heat until the water dries up.
- After the water has dried off, turn off the heat and leave the pan closed for another 5 minutes. Ready... You have a fluffy, white rice with a delicious aroma.
